Doesn't Everyone Write in Code

My husband and I were talking and laughing about this the other day. Until then, I didn't realize it was weird, but now that I think about it, I guess I have to agree.

I write my grocery list in code. George asked if I put my name on it. Of course not. I'm not that weird.

There is always method to my madness. No matter how crazy it sounds, I have a reason for doing it. This idiosyncrasy goes back to High School. Rember when you and your friend passed notes back and forth? I the teacher got a hold of your notes he or she would read them out loud or post them on the bullietin board. Yikes.

So, now if I drop my note in the store, nobody will know what I was on my list. Who really cares what I am shopping for right? That's not the point. The point is they won't know.!
